Four sets of air coolers of type BB-61400 for Novovoronezh NPP-2, unit No. 2, intended for use as a component of the DOW (recirculating cooling unit) were shipped.
For the manufacture of this equipment were used heat exchange lamellae of austenitic steel with a thickness of 0.2 mm of its own production, which provide the specified parameters of heat transfer.
In the manufacture of the following technologies were used:
- Hydraulic distribution of pipes
- Mechanical flaring of pipes
- Orbital automatic welding
- Automated welding of longitudinal seams
These products are made in our company for the first time !!!
