In the third quarter of 2018, technical re-equipment of the hot-dip galvanizing shop was launched. Planned completion date – 3 quarter of 2019
Currently, work has been completed on replacing surface preparation baths, replacing the supply and exhaust ventilation and air cleaning systems, upgrading and automating the emergency warning system, and replacing the hot-dip galvanizing bath.
Surface preparation baths are equipped with modern side suction and exhaust air filters, which made the hot-dip galvanizing process even more environmentally friendly.
A new hot-dip galvanizing bath is made according to strict European safety standards by the German company W. Piling. When replacing the galvanizing bath, works on cleaning the melt from hardzink were performed, which made it possible to improve the appearance of the resulting coating.
